Thank you for shopping with Little-Melts! We take great care in preparing and shipping our wax melts so they arrive safely and ready to enjoy. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [2-3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
As a small business, each order is carefully packed by hand. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Warm Weather & Wax Melts
Wax melts are sensitive to heat. While we package orders carefully, Little-Melts is not responsible for melting that may occur during transit, especially in warmer temperatures. Minor melting does not affect product performance and wax will re-solidify once cooled.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Little-Melts is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they are in the carrier’s possession.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at tomredfern@hotmail.co.uk within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Little-Melts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
