Please contact info@little-melts.co.uk if you need to return an item, within 14 days of purchase.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your return request being accepted.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. It must also be in the original packaging.

After we receive your item, our team will process your return & initiate the relevant refund. Any money due will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. We will deduct our original postage cost from any refund due.

If the product is damaged in anyway, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar cays have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Any goods that are returned due to manufacturing faults or errors on our part will be refunded.
