Delivery

We aim to ship you order within 2-3 working days of purchase.
Delivery will usually be around 5 working days after purchase however during busier periods this may be longer.
We use Royal Mail as our standard delivery method, but may use a different courier for heavy parcels.
You will receive an email confirming when your order has been dispatched, please expect your parcel 2-3 days after you receive this email.
If there are any problems regarding your delivery please contact us asap.
If you are not home when your delivery arrives, you will be left a calling card with details on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from your local depot. Please respond to this as soon as possible, Royal Mail will only hold your parcel for 21 days. If the parcel is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery, we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery fee upon receipt of the returned items.
